Stephen Barth

Stephen is an attorney and the founder of

HospitalityLawyer.com. As a professor at the Conrad N. Hilton College

of Hotel and Restaurant Management, University of Houston, he teaches

courses in hospitality law and leadership. He also has over twenty

years of experience in managing people in private business. Through

his experiences as a lawyer, professor, employer, negotiator, mediator

and father, Stephen has developed breakthrough expertise in Emotional

Energy. Among many of other accomplishments, Stephen is the published author of “Hospitality Law” and coauthor of “Restaurant Law Basics.”

Stephen says the aim of each of the presentations he gives annually

is, “I want attendees to laugh… to learn… and to leave with several

tools to improve their personal and professional lives.” Previous
